Control Tower Operations Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Join NoBroker HR as a remote Control Tower Operations Analyst. You will be the central point for monitoring day‑to‑day activities across multiple business units, ensuring service levels and performance metrics are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Track real‑time queues and workloads, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain adherence to SLAs and service level targets across all units.
• Analyze operational data, update dashboards, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Escalate critical issues to stakeholders promptly and support root‑cause investigations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and standardise workflows for a customer‑centric environment.

Required profile

• Strong operational monitoring experience in high‑volume environments such as control towers, BPOs, or command centres.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and manage time effectively in a distributed team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; PropTech or e‑commerce exposure is a plus.
