Contracts & Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts & Procurement Specialist to drive accurate quantity estimation, cost analysis and supplier management for large precast construction projects. The role ensures competitive, market‑aligned pricing, mitigates contractual risks and supports efficient procurement across multiple internal contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity estimates and activity‑wise take‑offs from project drawings.
• Conduct rate analysis and benchmark activity rates against current market standards.
• Manage large tenders, review contract terms, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services to guarantee timely, cost‑effective sourcing.
• Identify and assess specialized precast suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support internal contracts in negotiating favourable commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier costs and expenditures to maintain budget control.
• Coordinate with vendors to develop standardized pricing across categories.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in construction cost estimation.
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts and large‑scale tenders.
• Experience in procurement processes within the precast or broader construction sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with technical drawings.
• Capability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
