Contracting Counsel Analyst – Legal Support for Procurement

About the role

The Contracting Counsel Analyst provides legal support to Accenture’s Procurement and Business teams. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing contracts, NDAs and related documents while ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable laws and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate supplier agreements, NDAs and other sourcing documents for French‑speaking markets.
• Maintain and continuously improve standard contract templates and procedures for complex buyside deals.
• Provide advisory support to procurement teams, creating and standardising contract templates in line with evolving regulations.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of legal services.

Required profile

• University degree in French law.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a law firm, in‑house counsel role or legal outsourcing.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, with strong legal terminology skills.
• Demonstrated accuracy, consistency and ability to drive tasks to closure.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management and organisational abilities.
