Contract Negotiator (Hybrid)

About the role

This hybrid position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise supports the company's legal and operational teams by providing expert contract negotiation and advisory services. You will work on‑site two days a week and remotely the rest of the time, helping internal clients navigate complex legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contract‑related issues and broader legal matters within your specialty.
• Develop and maintain risk profiles for complex transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Represent HPE in negotiations, disputes, and interactions with customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve intricate legal challenges.
• Contribute to policy development and industry‑wide regulatory discussions.

• Demonstrated ability to apply subject‑matter expertise to solve diverse business problems.
• Experience leading or contributing to project teams, guiding decision‑making processes.
• Strong independent judgment with the capacity to handle unique and complex situations.
