Contract Management IAPAC

About the role

Continental's ContiTech division is seeking a Contract Management professional for the IAPAC region. You will be responsible for overseeing contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal stakeholders across Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze and negotiate supplier, license and cooperation agreements.
• Develop and implement contract standards for all contract types.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams and manage the Legal Online (LEO) system.
• Provide contract‑management training and share lessons learned across the APAC organization.
• Communicate contract terms with high intercultural sensitivity and explain legal nuances to internal and external partners.
• Participate in legal and business meetings to stay updated on upcoming contract‑related projects.
• Draft own contracts and review third‑party agreements.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, law, economics or a comparable field.
• Business‑level fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional experience in sales, purchasing, controlling or reporting/planning is advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to produce clear professional documents.
• Deep understanding of industry business, products and markets, combined with analytical and strategic thinking.
