Content Safety Analyst – Remote (AI Red Team)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Safety Analyst to join our AI safety team on a remote contract basis. You will work on red‑team testing of conversational AI models, identifying and documenting vulnerabilities to help improve system robustness.

Key responsibilities

• Red‑team conversational AI models and agents by performing jailbreaks, prompt injections, and bias exploitation.
• Generate high‑quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
• Apply structured methodologies using taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing.
• Document findings reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases for customer action.

Required profile

• Prior experience in AI red‑team, adversarial cybersecurity, or socio‑technical probing.
• Curiosity and an adversarial mindset, pushing systems to their breaking points.
• Structured approach using frameworks or benchmarks rather than random hacks.
• Strong communication skills to explain risks clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
