About the role

We are seeking a content‑driven marketing professional to lead our content marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The role focuses on planning, creating, and optimizing blog and long‑form content to boost engagement, organic growth, and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, write, and publish blogs and long‑form articles aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Maintain consistent quality, tone, and publishing schedules for all content assets.
• Monitor blog performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and visitor growth.
• Oversee content quality from writers and agencies, including content for crafts and clusters.
• Amplify content across social media and other media platforms.
• Track digital campaign performance and produce monthly reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve audience engagement and reach.
• Structure content for better search performance and AI readability.
• Support SEO and GEO initiatives, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content structuring.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing and management.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, social media management, and content amplification.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and GEO practices.
• Excellent coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to continuously learn.
