Content Editor / Proofreader – Data Quality Executive (Hybrid, Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Quality Executive / Content Editor to join our Mumbai team on a full‑time hybrid basis. The role involves editing project reports for accuracy, consistency and relevance across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Edit project reports for accuracy, consistency, relevance, spelling, grammar and language usage.
• Listen to audio recordings and complete reports based on the content.
• Identify and report inconsistencies or contradictions in report content.
• Communicate specific editing problems to project teams.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team on client change requests.
• Adhere to timelines and ensure timely completion of reports.
• Undertake other editing assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in proofreading or content editing.
• Demonstrates responsible, ethical and honest behaviour.
• Delivers required standards under pressure.
• Effective communicator who provides constructive feedback.
• Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and manage monotony.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
• Commitment to quality, efficiency and consistency.
