Content & Creative Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Content & Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end content pipeline for our brand. Based in New Delhi, you will work closely with the founder and the wider team to translate brand identity, product goals and business objectives into social‑first video and visual assets that resonate with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original content ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories, static posts and emerging social formats.
• Develop concepts, write scripts, hooks and captions, and create detailed shot lists and visual direction.
• Plan, shoot and produce short‑form video, handling lighting, composition, sound and on‑set logistics.
• Edit videos from start to finish, ensuring native pacing, hooks, transitions, music, captions and brand‑consistent visuals.
• Maintain the content calendar, track performance metrics (watch time, retention, engagement) and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience creating social‑first content, preferably for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, D2C or consumer brands.
• Strong visual taste and a deep understanding of Instagram formats, trends and audience behaviour.
• Ability to think creatively, work independently and deliver high‑quality content from concept to publication.
