Content & Communications Specialist (Internal)

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Content & Creative Specialist who combines strong writing abilities with hands‑on design skills to support employee communication and engagement initiatives across the organization. The role works closely with HR, leadership teams and Corporate Communications to translate business updates into compelling internal content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content for internal channels such as emailers, newsletters, intranet articles, digital screens, and employee campaigns.
• Write, edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Create visual assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, including posters, banners, infographics and presentation visuals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external designers to gather requirements, manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of communication assets.
• Support planning and execution of town halls, recognition programmes, awareness campaigns and other internal events.
• Maintain communication calendars, publish content on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and digital signage, and track performance metrics.
• Assist change‑management and transformation initiatives through effective communication planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Design or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, content development or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to handle multiple requests while meeting deadlines.
