Content Analyst – Expand Market Intelligence Content

About the role

Content Analyst will work with AlphaSense’s Content team to expand the company’s content offering and support client needs. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and content vendors to identify, onboard, and maintain high‑quality market‑intelligence content.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and evaluate new web sources of public company presentations, news, regulatory filings, trade journals, and other content.
• Configure and maintain web‑scraping jobs via an admin interface, adjusting settings to ensure accurate content ingestion.
• Review processing alerts, verify and upload content, and generate quality reports.
• Provide 3rd‑level support for content‑related inquiries, escalating issues to engineering or external providers as needed.
• Track content processing state, produce usage reports, and maintain logs of content requests.

Required profile

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• 0‑4 years of data entry or data‑maintenance experience.
• High aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects on the job.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite and basic technical concepts.
• Superior Excel skills and ability to distill complex issues.
• Energetic, creative, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
• Bachelor’s degree; experience with financial information and analyst workflows is a plus.
