About the role
The Contact Centre Service Consultant supports Private Bank clients and frontline bankers by delivering seamless end‑to‑end servicing and exceptional customer outcomes. The role focuses on accurate, efficient request handling while maintaining high quality, attention to detail, and risk compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service for a range of Private Bank servicing requests.
- Own each request from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review information, prepare documentation, update customer records and ensure work is done correctly the first time.
- Apply documented procedures, policies and system steps consistently to manage risk.
- Build clear communication channels with clients, bankers, team members and leaders.
- Collaborate with team members, share insights and contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in banking, financial services, wealth management or professional services.
