Contact Center Representative – Voice & Insurance (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Contact Center Representative to handle voice interactions and email correspondence for HSBC customers in the insurance domain. The role focuses on delivering friendly, confident service while resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and manage email inboxes for HSBC insurance customers.
• Provide accurate information, promote value‑added products, and ensure customer understanding.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through knowledgeable service.
• Own and resolve issues, escalating when necessary according to defined procedures.
• Adhere to quality and performance metrics specific to a high‑volume contact centre environment.

Required profile

• Any degree with 1‑4 years of relevant experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
• Strong ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patience, empathy and a commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality service.
