Consultant – Workforce Management Solutions

About the role

As a Consultant you will place the customer at the center of everything we do, delivering end‑to‑end implementation of the Legion workforce management platform. This hybrid role (Bangalore or Pune) focuses on configuring, testing, and training customers to ensure a smooth, value‑driven adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and data‑gathering sessions with customers to build a solution blueprint.
• Configure Legion products according to the blueprint and maintain design documentation.
• Perform unit and end‑to‑end testing, manage data loads and system initialization.
• Deliver live training, including train‑the‑trainer sessions for administrators and store managers.
• Act as the customer advocate within Legion, reporting bugs, suggesting enhancements, and communicating release updates.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, solution architects, and internal teams to meet implementation timelines and SLAs.
• Identify business process improvements and help prevent scope creep.
