Consultant – Veeva LIMS Implementation (Remote)

About the role

Join Veeva’s journey to build the industry cloud for life sciences, focusing on a modern cloud solution that optimizes laboratories. This remote, full‑time permanent position will have you partner with customers to implement Veeva LIMS, a key component of Veeva Quality Cloud. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India and able to travel as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects at life‑sciences companies designing and deploying Quality & Manufacturing applications.
• Support Functional Analysts in workshops and customer discussions of the Vault Quality suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training), covering design, prototyping, configuration, and documentation.
• Configure Veeva Vault Quality Suite per customer requirements, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formatted output reports, and notifications.
• Leverage out‑of‑the‑box or best‑practice configuration approaches to shape solution strategy.
• Assess change impact on existing configurations and collaborate with stakeholders to make timely decisions.
• Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams such as solution design, data migration, and systems integration.
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in life‑sciences or healthcare organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in life science, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to act quickly, understand business requirements, and “roll up your sleeves” to design and implement solutions.
• Exposure to life‑sciences compliance and computer‑systems validation requirements.
