Consultant - Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join KPMG’s Advisory practice, focusing on real‑estate, construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and technical evaluation to site audits and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution for real‑estate, construction and infrastructure engagements.
• Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies and risk analyses.
• Perform on‑site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Strong background in engineering or a related discipline with hands‑on experience in construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver technical evaluations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
