Consultant – OT Cybersecurity (IoT)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to support the delivery of OT and industrial IoT cybersecurity engagements. You will work under senior guidance to assess risk, design solutions and help clients secure critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support OT cybersecurity risk and gap assessments across manufacturing, utilities, energy and similar environments.
• Assist in designing and implementing OT security solutions such as asset inventory, network segmentation, secure remote access and monitoring.
• Perform data collection, documentation and analysis to produce client deliverables and assessment reports.
• Support proposal development and client presentation materials under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and internal engineering, network, cloud and cybersecurity groups.
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing, methodology documentation and lessons learned.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in OT, ICS or industrial cybersecurity (internship or academic experience considered for entry‑level candidates).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
• Strong interest in building a career in OT/ICS cybersecurity consulting.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under guidance in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required skills

• Experience with OT asset management, network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Knowledge of OT monitoring/IDS, automation solutions and incident response.
• Familiarity with IoT security, SCADA/ICS security and platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi or Dragos.
• Basic understanding of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Ability to use GenAI and agentic AI tools for research, documentation and analysis tasks.
