Consultant – OMP Technical Transformation

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant focusing on OMP technical transformation. You will support digital transformation and optimization initiatives across supply chain planning environments, delivering end‑to‑end OMP solutions for complex client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support OMP implementation activities including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories and design artifacts.
• Coordinate workshops, issue resolution and delivery with client stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams.
• Assist with data integration, legacy data conversion and data management across spreadsheets and planning platforms.
• Support solution validation during development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and production deployment.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in OMP implementation, configuration, enhancement or support.
• Experience with data integration, legacy data conversion and spreadsheet‑based data handling.
• Proven ability to coordinate functional and technical workstreams across onsite and offshore teams.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and supporting validation across testing phases.
• Degree in BE/B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech. or equivalent.
