Construction Worker – On‑site (Agra)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Construction Worker to join our team on an on‑site project in Agra. You will support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas, handling materials, and performing basic construction tasks while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and clean work sites daily.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Assist with basic masonry and flooring work.
• Support renovation, repair, and retrofitting activities.
• Operate hand tools and simple equipment safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers.
• Report any hazards or site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Practical experience or strong aptitude for core construction activities.
• Ability to perform manual labour, lift heavy items, and work in varied weather conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and good teamwork.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment.
• Basic research ability to learn new construction methods when guided.
