Construction Worker

About the role

Manoj Associates is seeking a full‑time Construction Worker to join its on‑site teams across India. You will support the construction, renovation and maintenance of large‑scale infrastructure such as metro systems, tunnels, roads, highways and urban facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain work areas, including site cleanup and material handling.
• Perform masonry tasks such as brickwork, blockwork and plastering.
• Carry out flooring work, including surface preparation and installation.
• Load and unload construction materials, operate tools and equipment safely.
• Follow safety guidelines, wear PPE and comply with company and regulatory policies.
• Read simple drawings or work orders and coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Practical construction skills with hands‑on experience in masonry and flooring.
• Physical fitness for manual labour, lifting and outdoor work.
• Ability to follow instructions, read basic plans and work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Minimum secondary education; vocational training or construction certification is a plus.
