Construction Supervisor – Mivan Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day activities on Mivan formwork projects in Gurgaon and Mohali. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering construction milestones on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Execute Mivan formwork and concreting work according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor crews to maintain smooth project flow.
• Monitor project schedules and achieve daily and weekly construction targets.
• Maintain quality standards throughout all construction phases.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on‑site.
• Track manpower, material, and equipment utilization efficiently.
• Report progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Identify and resolve site issues to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of overall construction experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Mivan formwork projects.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Gurgaon or Mohali.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork technology and RCC construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Understanding of construction safety practices.
