About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our on‑site crews. In this role you will recruit new team members, monitor performance, and ensure that every project adheres to safety standards, budgets, and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train construction crew members.
- Monitor crew performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Educate all staff on safety regulations and building codes.
