Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will work full‑time on‑site in Serilingampalli, overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction sites and coordinate on‑ground team operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project designs and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress against schedules and take corrective actions to keep work on track.
• Ensure use of premium materials and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience in site supervision.
• Proficiency in construction safety and inspection procedures.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Familiarity with construction processes, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
