Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to manage daily activities on our Ranchi project. The role is full‑time, on‑site and reports directly to project management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction and site operations ensuring compliance with project plans, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams and vendors, monitor material usage and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Report progress, issues and deviations to project managers and implement instructions from engineers.
• Resolve on‑site problems promptly, enforce timelines and support regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or real‑estate project sites in India.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, plans and engineering instructions.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities for managing labor, materials and schedules.
• Awareness of construction safety practices and relevant local regulations.
• Effective communication with workers, contractors, vendors and management.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field (preferred).
