Construction Project Manager – Real Estate Plotted Development

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Construction Project Manager to lead our plotted development projects in Ghaziabad. The role involves overseeing infrastructure works from groundbreaking to handover, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complete plotted development infrastructure including roads, drainage, utilities and boundary walls.
• Translate architectural and engineering drawings into actionable site execution plans and ensure compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections, monitor progress, quality standards and safety compliance, and resolve execution challenges promptly.
• Lead and coordinate on‑site teams, manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor and control project budgets, track expenditures, optimise material usage and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports, risk assessments and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) from a recognised institution.
• 6–9 years of hands‑on experience in real‑estate construction projects, preferably in plotted development or layout projects.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, structural plans and technical specifications.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building materials and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations and legal compliance requirements.
