Construction Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Planning Manager to lead scheduling and progress monitoring for large‑scale infrastructure projects in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The role supports the delivery of one of India’s biggest programme management initiatives by ensuring accurate plans and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Track progress, update baseline and look‑ahead schedules, and generate weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Assist in resource planning, productivity analysis, and progress measurement.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams to monitor milestones and identify schedule risks.
• Support delay analysis, documentation, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction planning and project controls, preferably on infrastructure, transportation or urban development projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities.
