Construction Manager – Workplace Interiors (Mumbai/Pune)

About the role

M Moser Associates is seeking experienced Construction Managers for its Mumbai and Pune offices to lead workplace interior fit‑out projects. The role focuses on on‑site management, coordination with contractors, and ensuring high‑quality, safe delivery of interior construction work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction site activities for workplace interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate all disciplines on‑site to align with project requirements and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal design, contracts, and project management teams for smooth execution.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to guarantee proper workmanship and timely completion.
• Monitor progress, report updates, and resolve construction‑related issues proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain site documentation, support inspections, and assist with project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Construction, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience managing construction sites, preferably in commercial interiors or workplace projects.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate interior works with MEP services.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent site management, coordination, and problem‑solving capabilities.
