Construction Manager – PEB Industry

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead site activities, planning and execution for projects in the PEB industry. The incumbent must ensure timely completion, quality standards and safety across all locations while coordinating with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee erection and supervision of work to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate material requirements with the head office and ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Manage client and consultant interactions to facilitate smooth project transitions.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at all project sites.
• Train builders, contractors and the on‑site team.
• Review and monitor contractor bills for processing.

Required profile

• Strong technical ability to interpret civil and architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Thorough knowledge of structural civil works.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regional sites.
• Leadership, teamwork and effective communication skills.
