Construction Manager (On-site, Kerala)

About the role

This full-time, on-site Construction Manager position is based in Kerala. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, planning and coordinating construction activities, supervising staff and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate construction activities.
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain quality and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources and materials, and control costs.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare reports, track project controls, and support timely, high-quality delivery.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills to lead site teams and coordinate contractors.
• Solid budgeting and project control expertise for cost and schedule management.
• Hands-on experience with construction practices and methodologies.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
