Construction Manager – Luxury Home Projects

About the role

Isprava, a leading luxury home developer in India, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead construction, logistics and procurement for its premium projects in South Goa. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, high quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed schedules for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects.
• Own on‑site project implementation from conception to completion, adhering to agreed timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to guarantee projects are finished ahead of schedule and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement systems and processes that drive cost and timeline efficiencies, including reporting practices.
• Generate periodic project reports and weekly snapshots to monitor progress.

Required profile

• Manager or Senior Manager level experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong coordination skills with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Based in or willing to work in South Goa, India.
