Construction Manager

About the role

Join Technip Energies in Delhi and help develop cutting‑edge solutions for real‑world energy challenges. As a Construction Manager you will work closely with the Project Manager, Head of Subcontracting and other senior leaders to drive the execution of large‑scale oil and gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Elaborate and refine the subcontracting strategy prepared during the bid stage, in cooperation with the Project Manager and Head of Subcontracting.
• Perform construction sequence analysis, identify the critical path and provide inputs for the overall project schedule.
• Define the list of Construction Work Packages and their release plan, updating the documentation throughout project development.
• Plan and coordinate all deliverables and activities of the Construction Department in line with the project schedule and allocated resources.
• Verify the availability of free‑issue materials and IFC drawings before issuing notices to start for subcontractors.
• Approve specific project procedures and deliverables during the approval process.
• Support and drive constructability sessions, ensuring implementation of outcomes on site.
• Oversee and monitor all construction activities performed by Technip’s subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering.
• Minimum 18 + years of experience in the oil & gas or similar construction environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and start in September.
