Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning and execution of construction projects in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and budget construction projects, reviewing deliverables and cost estimates.
• Monitor on‑site and off‑site activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, selecting tools, materials and equipment while tracking inventory.
• Prepare daily progress reports and internal/external status updates.
• Identify potential issues, develop mitigation plans and resolve problems promptly.
• Negotiate contracts, obtain permits and licences, and ensure contractual performance conditions are met.
• Analyze risks, implement quality control measures and apply proper construction techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience managing large‑scale commercial or residential construction projects.
