About the role
We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through completion. You will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Organize and coordinate all phases of construction, from design to handover.
- Implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment with timelines, cost targets, and quality expectations.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in managing civil construction projects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources effectively.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
