Construction Manager - Billing, Planning & Tendering

About the role

The company is seeking a Construction Manager to lead billing, planning, estimation, tendering and contract administration for projects in Mumbai. The role bridges project execution, finance and client coordination to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client RA and final bills, certify subcontractor and vendor invoices, and track receivables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, monitor progress, and produce weekly/monthly status reports.
• Perform quantity take‑offs, create BOQs, and generate detailed cost estimates and project cost sheets.
• Study tender documents, prepare technical and commercial submissions, coordinate quotations, and ensure on‑time tender delivery.
• Review contracts, work orders and purchase orders, manage variations, and prepare variation orders and extra‑item claims.
• Produce MIS reports on project costs, billing status and profitability, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Certification in Planning or Quantity Surveying is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction billing, quantity surveying and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
