Construction Manager 33 KV Line

About the role

The Construction Manager 33 KV Line will lead the planning, execution and completion of 33 kV line projects in Bhuj. This full‑time, on‑site position involves supervising construction teams, coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with design, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction crews and coordinate subcontractors to deliver work according to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, manage resources and materials, and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and quality teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, report status, mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in construction practices.

Required profile

• Strong construction and safety expertise with experience on high‑voltage line or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Proven supervisory skills to lead site teams and manage daily construction activities.
• Budgeting and project‑control capabilities to track costs, schedules and scope.
• Relevant technical qualification in Electrical or Civil Engineering (diploma or degree preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with 33 kV transmission/distribution line projects, including foundation, erection and stringing.
• Knowledge of applicable standards, safety regulations and quality‑control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans and technical specifications.
