Construction Estimator

About the role

F9 Construction Services is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to support its diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will apply advanced estimation techniques to deliver accurate cost forecasts that enable informed decision‑making for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift and Bluebeam for earthwork, paving, asphalt, concrete, and utility works.
• Prepare Excel‑based Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, bid summaries, and track project costs.
• Apply construction methodology—including sequencing, productivity, and means‑and‑methods—when developing estimates.
• Compare prime and subcontractor bids using Excel and manage bid proposals on Monday.com.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure estimation experience, preferably in the US.
• Strong understanding of construction methods for earthwork, utilities, and paving.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications into accurate, buildable estimates.
