Concrete Technologist – Admixture Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Concrete Technologist specialized in admixtures for our Raipur location. The role combines technical support, site trials, mix design, and sales activities within the concrete technology domain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site and product trials for concrete admixtures and ready‑mix concrete.
• Design and optimise concrete mixes to meet project specifications.
• Perform fresh and hardened concrete testing, including workability, slump and strength analysis.
• Formulate and apply admixtures according to technical requirements.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to clients.
• Liaise with RMC suppliers, contractors and QA/QC teams.
• Travel extensively to project sites as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in civil/concrete technology.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Immediate to 25‑day notice period.
• Full‑time onsite work mode.
