Concierge Executive – Luxury Properties

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Concierge Executive to manage guest services for our portfolio of luxury villas in Sangolda, Goa. The role involves delivering personalized, high-quality hospitality, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings, activities, spa appointments and other concierge services.
• Coordinate with guests, vendors and internal teams to fulfil requests efficiently.
• Resolve guest concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and service arrangements.
• Uphold the company’s high standards of hospitality in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in guest relations, concierge, hospitality or a similar customer-service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
