Computer Support Specialist – On‑site IT Support

About the role

The Computer Support Specialist will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for desktop computers and related hardware in our Thrissur office. You will ensure that staff can work efficiently by keeping all IT equipment reliable and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop computers.
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and component installations.
• Maintain system performance, including data recovery and performance optimisation.
• Handle user tickets, provide clear assistance to non‑technical staff, and prioritise requests in a busy environment.
• Apply basic networking concepts, antivirus management, security best practices, and backup procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Experience providing IT support in an accounting or professional‑services setting (preferred).
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical users and manage priorities.
