Computer Operator – School (Urulikanchan, Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Computer Operator to support the digital infrastructure of our school in Urulikanchan, Pune. The role ensures smooth operation of computers, peripherals and data management for academic and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update digital records for students, staff and academic activities.
• Operate and manage school computers, printers, scanners and related peripherals.
• Generate and distribute reports, attendance sheets, grade summaries and other administrative documents.
• Provide basic technical support to teachers and administrative staff.
• Support implementation of digital initiatives and school software tools.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to IT support.

Required profile

• Graduate in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or educational setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of database management and data entry.
