About the role
The Company Controller – F&A will be based in Bangalore and will oversee the finance and accounting operations of multiple special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Reporting to the Finance Controller, the role ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance across the assigned entities while maintaining a high standard of technical acumen.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the SPV‑level controller for four to six active SPVs.
- Manage all finance and accounting (F&A) functions for each SPV, including transaction processing, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate with the Finance Controller to align SPV activities with group policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Strong technical acumen in finance and accounting.
