Community, Talent & Ecosystem Development Lead

About the role

We are an ambitious technology company building a vibrant ecosystem of developers, gamers, creators, and future team members. We need a highly energetic, socially intelligent professional to lead our Discord and broader community initiatives, turning online engagement into real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage our Discord community ecosystem.
• Create engagement programs that drive participation, collaboration, and long‑term retention.
• Identify and attract exceptional technical and non‑technical talent from developer, university, creator, and gaming communities.
• Support hiring through community‑led sourcing and relationship building.
• Plan and execute Discord‑first campaigns, AMAs, workshops, hackathons, and live events.
• Collaborate with social media teams to amplify community growth.

• Highly energetic and socially intelligent with a passion for networking.
• Enjoys building communities, hosting discussions, and solving problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey company vision.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of developers, creators, and professionals.
