Community Specialist

About the role

Driffle is seeking a passionate gamer to join its community team. As a Community Specialist you will act as the bridge between the company and gaming enthusiasts, helping to grow and nurture vibrant online communities across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with gamers on Discord, Reddit, Telegram, X and dedicated gaming forums.
• Identify and connect with individuals offering game‑related services where allowed by policy and law.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and service providers.
• Monitor gaming trends, new titles, competitive scenes and emerging communities.
• Track outreach activities and keep organized records of interactions.
• Provide market insights and community feedback to internal product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in gaming or community management, or equivalent hands‑on involvement.
• Active player of multiple online multiplayer titles (e.g., Fortnite, Valorant, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, PUBG, League of Legends, Dota 2, Counter‑Strike, etc.).
• Deep understanding of gaming culture, player behavior and online ecosystems.
• Excellent written communication and networking skills.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to work independently.
