Community Specialist – Build and Manage Engaged Communities

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, communication‑oriented Community Specialist to grow and nurture our online community while supporting lead generation and business growth. You will be the voice of the brand, fostering meaningful interactions that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with community members and prospective customers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day interactions across social media, online groups, forums, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, queries, and feedback.
• Drive conversations, increase engagement, and encourage active participation.
• Plan and execute community activities, campaigns, events, polls, and announcements.
• Identify potential customers, generate and qualify leads through community interactions, referrals, and events.
• Maintain lead trackers, databases, and ensure smooth handover to Sales/Business Development.
• Support lead‑generation campaigns and community‑driven marketing initiatives.
• Monitor community feedback, flag concerns, and share insights with internal teams.
• Identify brand advocates, manage negative feedback, and report on growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
