Community & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance‑driven Community & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple locations. Initially you will focus on social media management, content planning, campaign execution and community engagement, with the opportunity to expand into broader marketing responsibilities as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage all social media platforms, creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and grow online communities.
• Monitor trends, recommend new content ideas and drive customer engagement through digital campaigns.
• Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels and support brand‑building initiatives.
• Assist in promoting events, workshops and community activities while ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Support referral, retention initiatives and build relationships with local communities, creators and partners.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong experience managing Instagram and other social platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to create content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
