Community Relations Manager – Agra

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated, socially active individual to act as the bridge between our organisation and the local community in Agra. The role involves meeting people, building informal networks, and staying attuned to local conversations and sentiments.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the district to meet residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop and maintain informal networks and relationships within the community.
• Monitor local discussions, sentiments, and on‑ground dynamics.
• Provide regular updates and observations to the reporting manager.
• Maintain simple records of contacts, activities, and insights.

Required profile

• Large personal network across various communities in Agra.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with people from all backgrounds.
• Street‑smart, locally connected, and familiar with the city.
• Regular user of a smartphone and WhatsApp.
• Honest, discreet, reliable, and willing to travel within the district.
