About the role
Stories of Hope runs small, thoughtful experiences around books, writing, art, conversations and community. We are looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to keep the community running smoothly. The role blends people, content, operations and partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Track registrations, answer messages, send reminders and keep databases up‑to‑date.
- Manage community communications across Substack, LinkedIn, Reddit, WhatsApp and coordinate events.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate warmly and empathetically across DMs, WhatsApp, events and handle difficult conversations.
Required skills
- Proficient in writing for platforms such as Substack, LinkedIn, Reddit and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable using Canva for creative work.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
What we offer
- Salary: Rs. 22,000 per month.
- Weekend availability – weekly offs typically on Monday & Tuesday.
