Community & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Balance Nutrition is seeking a creative, execution‑focused Community & Partnerships Manager to build and nurture its online community while driving brand collaborations, influencer marketing, PR initiatives and paid campaigns. The role will support the company’s mission to transform healthcare for Indians worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build, engage and grow the online community across social media, WhatsApp and email.
• Identify, onboard and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, healthcare professionals, media partners and strategic brands.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end influencer marketing, brand partnership and PR campaigns to increase visibility.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to improve audience targeting, ROI and campaign performance.
• Manage campaign CTAs, customer journeys and marketing funnels to boost conversions.
• Drive user‑generated content, success stories, webinars, podcasts, live sessions and community‑led initiatives.
• Collect feedback, conduct polls, analyse engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Align community activities with sales, brand, content and performance teams to support revenue growth.
• Track performance, prepare reports and continuously optimise acquisition and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, PR or digital growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer outreach, campaign execution and community building.
• Experience with social media, WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion optimisation and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to independently ideate, plan, execute and optimise campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
