Community Outreach Manager

About the role

The Community Outreach Manager will lead the development and growth of our online communities across social media, messaging apps, forums and other digital platforms. You will foster meaningful conversations, encourage participation, and ensure a consistent brand experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages and queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Develop and execute content calendars, creating posts, newsletters, polls, discussion threads and engagement campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate online and offline events such as webinars, meetups and community campaigns, ensuring high participation.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment and growth KPIs, providing actionable insights to marketing and product teams.
• Identify and nurture brand advocates, building ambassador programs to strengthen community loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in community management, social media or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms and community tools.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and engagement metrics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
