Community Marketing Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Community Marketing Specialist to build and grow our presence across online communities, particularly Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and other relevant industry platforms. The ideal candidate understands how online communities work and knows how to participate authentically—not just promote a brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant communities, subreddits, Quora topics, LinkedIn discussions, and industry forums.
• Participate in conversations with thoughtful, value‑driven comments and posts.
• Create and publish platform‑specific content such as discussion topics, guides, case studies, and answers.
• Adapt content tone to fit each platform’s culture and guidelines.
• Track engagement metrics, brand mentions, and audience sentiment, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven community marketing experience managing or growing communities on Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written US‑English skills with the ability to communicate naturally across different online communities.
• Self‑directed, able to work independently and stay active during overlapping US business hours.
• Portfolio or examples of past community work, posts, or campaigns.
